TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

• By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, you agree with our privacy policy and cancellation policy as stated below;

• We reserve the right to remove participants from our premises in case of disrespectful behaviour towards other participants, the staff or the premises;

• As "disrespectful behaviour" is not measurable, The Lighthouse staff decides whether behaviour is disrespectful;

• If forms are not filled in truthfully, the Lighthouse staff has the right to deny access to the premises or remove participants from the premises.

CANCELATION POLICY

​

• The event is 100% refundable for cancellation 60+ days before the event start date.

• The event is 50% refundable if cancelled 30-59 days before the start date. 

• We cannot refund the event after 30 days before the start date, but we may be able to rebook you in case we have available space :)

• This is unless other agreements have been arranged, or if we are able to fill your place or if Portugal changes into a red list country;

• Rescheduling is possible and free of cost up until 30 days before the start of the retreat;

• If in any case we cancel a retreat, the participants have the right to either change the date of their retreat, or get refunded the money they paid. The Lighthouse does not reimburse any other costs;

• This public cancellation policy as stated above, is the leading cancellation policy.

PRIVACY POLICY

 

• We only use your personal details for administration purposes;

• All data will be deleted after 18 months;

• By agreeing to the privacy policy you agree to initial subscription to our newsletter;

• We do not use cookies.
